CRANBURY – Unofficial vote tallies show that one Democrat and Republican will be elected to the township committee.

Democrat Barbara Rogers and Republican Evelyn Spann received the most votes at 624 and 686 respectively. There were no incumbents on the ballot.

The two beat out Democrat Eman El-Badawi and Walter Wright.

In the uncontested Board of Education race, results were as thought with the three candidates, Parmod Chivate, Lindsay McDowell and Laura Hoffman winning.

McDowell and Chivate are incumbents.
