The Monroe Township Public Library will show the international film "Seducing Dr. Lewis."

The screening will take place on Aug. 22 at 2 p.m. at the library. 

"Seducing Doctor Lewis," is a 2003 Canadian comedy film starring Raymond Bouchard, Benoit Brière, David Boutin, and Lucie Laurier.

A new factory is promised to the residents of the tiny fishing village St. Marie-La-Mauderne, provided they can secure a full-time doctor for the island. Inspired, the villagers devise a scheme to make Dr. Christopher Lewis a local.

This film is not rated. The library is located at 4 Municipal Plaza, Monroe.
