SOUTH BRUNSWICK – The Middlesex County paper shredding unit will be at Beech Woods Park on Sept. 14 from 9 a.m. to noon.

The shredding event is open to all county residents. 

There is a limit of five file boxes or 100 pounds per car that can be disposed. Paper must be in a manageable container. Plastic bags are not accepted.

Newspapers, magazines, hardcover books, junk mail, photos, x-rays, CDs, already shredded paper or garbage not accepted.

This program is for residential only.

Community members who participate in the shredding program are also asked to bring a non-perishable food item for donating to the county food bank.

The park is located at 137 Beekman Road, South Brunswick.
