PISCATAWAY – A 17-year-old male has been charged with aggravated sexual contact and burglary of a Rutgers University student, Middlesex County authorities said on Monday.

The county Prosecutor’s Office alleges that the sexual contact and burglary happened on Oct. 20 at 7:40 a.m. in the Quad 2 residence building on the Livingston Campus in Piscataway.

The victim, authorities said, was sleeping at the time. The suspect was also charged with criminal sexual contact.
